QSL J3/M0BJL direct to his address:
Shaun Jarvis, PO Box 21, Hythe, Southampton, SO45 1UW,
UK. Shaun says that via the bureau is fine if you want to
wait a while. This operation was totally unplanned as it
was his honeymoon!. He mentioned to one of the hotel
staff that he was interested in Amateur Radio and was put
in touch with another member of staff who held a J3 call.
When Shaun was offered the loan of a TS-850 and a
fullsize G5RV he said he couldn`t really refuse.
If you were lucky to work Eddie,

"Y"), reports that he has received many QSLs
for this call, but unfortunately N4YBF does not keep
bureau SASEs on file with him. Chris has sent him several
requests to supply him with SASEs but he has not received
a response to the requests. Chris suggests that anyone
wanting a QSL should send their QSLs DIRECT to N4YBF and

since October 1995. Any card requests that are on hand
will be returned if it is a direct request and has return
postage. Bureau cards will be discarded.
VK9XX/YY QSL CARD STATUS. All QSL cards
received direct have now been answered. "The backlog
is ZERO!", states Charlie, W0YG. However, Charlie
has noticed that he has received some envelopes with
nothing inside indicating his mail is being opened
somewhere in transit. He states, "So far this has
happened twice with letters mailed from Japan. This has
been reported to the U.S. Mail folks but they express
doubt if anything can be done IF the problem is out of
their jurisdiction."
VE6TK is listed in some publications as
the QSL Manager for Bill, 3D2DI. VE6TK is no longer
Bill's QSL Manager, and, in fact, the call has now been
re-allocated. The current owner of the call has been
receiving cards meant for Bill. The correct and only
address for 3D2DI is: W.J. Smith, PO Box 184, Suva, Fiji.
