This week's bulletin was made possible with information

GEORGIA, 4L. Shota, 4L6AM will be active in
the ARRL 10 Meter contest as a Single/Op SSB entry. QSL direct.
TIMOR LESTE, 4W. Michal, OM2AQ is active as
4W2AQ until December 18. He is usually QRV everyday on 10 meters
around 0900z and 15 meters between 1130 and 1330z. QSL via OM2AQ.
UGANDA, 5X. Terry, K3JT is QRV as 5X1X and
will be here for the next couple of weeks. He may try 160 meters
as conditions and time permit. He has also been active using RTTY
on 20 meters around 1500 to 1600z. QSL via K3JT.
ANTARCTICA. Alan, 9V1DX will be QRV from a
base camp in the Ellsworth Mountains as 9V0A on CW and SSB, and
VP8PJ on PSK31. He is here from December 15 to January 10 in
support of a team of scientists and mountaineers climbing Mt.
Vinson. QSL via operator's instructions.
OMAN, A4. Chris, A45XR is usually QRV on 160
and 80 meters using CW just after 1400z.
CUBA, CO. Raul, CO8ZZ will be QRV in the ARRL
10 Meter contest as a Single Op/Low Power/CW only entry. QSL via
DK1WI.
GERMANY, DA. Andy, OE7AJT will be QRV in the
ARRL 10 Meter contest using the Bavarian Contest Club anniversary
call DA0BCC. QSL via DJ9MH.
GUADELOUPE, FG. FG1JD and other operators
from the A.C.R.A Guadeloupe ARC will be QRV as TO7ACR from the
lighthouse on Gosier Island, IOTA NA-102. Activity will be on all
HF bands, including 6 meters, using CW and SSB. QSL via
operators' instructions.
HUNGARY, HA. Tibor, HG4I is QRV as HG04HNY
until January 12 in celebration of the new year. Activity is on
all bands, including the newer ones, using CW, SSB, RTTY, BPSK
and FM on 29 MHz. He will also be active in all contests during
this period. QSL to home call.
ANTARCTICA. Filippo, IK0AIH is QRV as IA0PS
from the Baia Terranova Station during the 19th PNRA Antarctic
expedition. He is here until February 2004 and is active on all
bands. QSL to home call.
NETHERLANDS, PA. Members from the Radio Club
Leuven are QRV from Schouwen Duiveland Island, IOTA EU-146, until
November 29, 2004 as PA/ON6UM, PA/ON4LO, PA/ON4LN and PA/ON4BAG.
Activity is on all bands using mostly SSB, but with some CW and
digital modes as well. QSL to home calls.
NETHERLAND ANTILLES, PJ2. WB9Z, W0CG, W8TK
and K9SG will be QRV as PJ2T during the ARRL 10 Meter contest.
They will also monitor 50110 and 50125 kHz as time permits. QSL
via operators' instructions.
FERNANDO DE NORONHA, PY0F. Tony, PY8IT will
be QRV as PY0FT from December 15 to 26. QSL via JA1ELY.
ST. PETER AND ST. PAUL ROCKS, PY0S. Joca,
PS7JN is QRV as ZW0S until December 15. This includes an entry in
the ARRL 10 Meter contest. QSL to home call.
WEST KIRIBATI, T30. Hrane, YT1AD and Boban,
YZ1AU are QRV as T30M and T30Z, respectively. Look for activity
on 80 to 6 meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home calls.
KAZAKHSTAN, UN. Mike, UN7AM has been QRV on
160 meters around 0300z. QSL direct via RW6HS.
CAMBODIA, XU. Dick, XU7ACB has been QRV on 40
meters around 1230z. QSL via N6FF.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The ARRL 10-Meter
Contest, DPX (Digital Prefix) Contest and the North American
