SRI LANKA, 4S. Nelson, 4S7NE is usually QRV on 30 meters around 0030 to 0130z.

LESOTHO, 7P. Andre, ZS6WPX will be QRV as 7P8ZZ from December 13 to 17. This includes an entry in the ARRL 10-Meter contest. After the contest, he will be QRV on the other bands. QSL to home call.

BARBADOS, 8P. John, K4BAI is active as 8P9HT until December 17. Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW and SSB. This includes an entry in the ARRL 10-Meter contest as 8P9Z using both modes. QSL both calls via K4BAI.

CUBA, CO. Pepin, CO2TK will participate in the ARRL 10-Meter contest as Single Op/Low Power entry. QSL via F6FNU.

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS. Lee, DS4CNB is QRV as either HL0KSJ or D88S while working at the South Korean research base King Sejong on King George Island, IOTA AN-010. He is QRV until November 30, 2003. QSL to home call.

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO. Ron, W6OM will be QRV as FO5VO from Bora Bora from December 16 to 20. He plans to be active using mostly CW on 160, 80 and 40 meters. QSL to home call.

THAILAND, HS. Charly, K4VUD is QRV as HS0ZCW until January 3. He will participate in the ARRL 10-Meter contest. QSL to home call.

ITALY, I. The ARI Val di Chiana ham club is QRV using special event station IR5ONU until May 10, 2003. QSL via I5KKW.

JOHNSTON ISLAND, KH3. Gary, KH6GMP is QRV as KH6GMP/KH3 from Johnston Atoll, IOTA OC-023, until December 17. He is using SSB, RTTY and PSK31. This includes an entry in the ARRL 10-Meter contest. QSL to home call.

NETHERLAND ANTILLES, PJ2. W9VA, K9BG, W9JUV and W9UZ will participate in the ARRL 10-Meter contest as PJ2T from Curacao, IOTA SA-006. Outside the contest, they will be QRV as PJ2/homecalls. QSL contest call via N9AG. QSL all others to homecalls.

MALI, TZ. Mac, TZ6JA is usually QRV on 20 meters using SSB around 0000 to 0100z. QSL via JA3EMU.

UZBEKISTAN, UJ. Fedor, UK9AA has been QRV on 30 meters around 0400z.

INDIA, VU. Special event station AT0NG is active util December 22 to celebrate the 32nd National Games of India. QSL via VU2JOS.

LAOS, XW. Champ, E21EIC is QRV as XW1IC until December 16. This includes an entry in the ARRL 10-Meter contest. Before and after the contest, he will be QRV on 160 to 10 meters. QSL to home call.

IRAQ, YI. Mike, YI9OM has been QRV on 12 meters around 1400z. QSL via OM3JW.
