This week's bulletin was made possible with

SRI LANKA, 4S. Mario, HB9BRM,
will be QRV as 4S7BRG for three months beginning March 3. QSL to
home call.
CYPRUS, 5B. Igor, UA2FZ, with
UA2FB and UA2FF will be active in the CQ Worldwide 160 Meter SSB
Contest as C42A. They will continue to be active for a few days
after the contest. QSL via DK4VW.
MADAGASCAR, 5R. Ray is QRV as
5R8FK. He can often be found on 30 meters around 0000z. QSL via
NY3N.
BAHAMAS, C6. Joe, W8GEX, and
John, WZ8D, will be QRV as C6AJR and C6AIE, respectively, until
March 4. They will participate in the CQ Worldwide 160 Meter SSB
Contest as C6AIE. QSL to operator's respective home call.
MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3. Walter,
DJ6QT, will be QRV in the CQ Worldwide 160 Meter SSB Contest as
CT3BX. He will be active until March 12. QSL to home call.
BALEARIC ISLANDS, EA6. Vincent,
EA6AEI, is QRV daily on either 18150 or 24970 kHz from 1600 to
1700z.
JAPAN, JA. Look for Special
Event Station 8J0WPG to be QRV during the 1998 Winter Paralympic
Games in Nagano until March 31. Activity is on all bands and
modes. QSL via the bureau.
WAKE ISLAND, KH9. Members of the
Dateline DX Association will be QRV until March 11. Look for
K8XP/KH9, N6MZ/KH9, N2OO/KH9 and N2WB/KH9 to be active on 160 to
10 meters. Some RTTY operation is planned. QSL all calls via
WA4YBV.
ANTARCTICA. Roman, LU/UX1KA, is
QRV from the old Argentine base called Refugeo Naval Groussac on
Peterman Island. QSL via DL5EBE.
ST. MAARTEN, PJ7. Ron, ND5S, and
Bill, W8EB, along with their wives KF5LG and W8DVC, will be
active until March 8. They will be using the contest callsign
PJ8A for both CW and SSB ARRL Contests and the CQ Worldwide 160
Meter SSB Contest. They are also active using RTTY and
satellites. QSL via operator's instructions.
CHAGOS ISLANDS, VQ9. Paul,
W2JDK, is QRV for the next three months as VQ9PH. He will be
operating on 15 and 20 meters using SSB. James, WB9IHH, is also
QRV on the island for three months as VQ9JC. He will be active on
15 and 20 meters CW. QSL to operator's respective home call.
MEXICO, XE. The XE1RCS contest
team will be active in the CQ Worldwide 160 Meter Contest. QSL
via XE1KK.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The
UBA CW Contest, CQ Worldwide 160 Meter SSB Contest and the North
Carolina QSO Party are all on tap for this weekend. Please see
