RWANDA, 9X. Andy, RW3AH, is QRV as 9X0A. QSL
to home call.
GAMBIA, C5. Mako, JA1OEM, will be QRV as
C56/JA1OEM September 25 to October 9. Activity is expected on 40
to 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL to home call. Brendan, G0UCT,
is QRV now as C5DI until September 25. QSL to home call.
MOLDOVA, ER. Chris, K4PC, will be QRV as
ER0PC September 28 until October 12 while on missionary work. He
hopes to be active on 160 to 40 meters, using CW, SSB and RTTY as
time permits. QSL via K4PC.
REUNION, FR. Hito, JA8FCG, Yasu, JA8NFV and
Mitsu, JR8FEK, will be QRV as FR/homecalls on 160 to 10 meters
until September 20. There may be some RTTY activity as well. QSL
to home calls.
JORDAN, JY. Peter, DK1RP, is QRV until
September 23 as JY8RP from the Dead Sea. He is active on all
bands using CW and SSB. QSL to home call.
ALAND ISLANDS, OH0. Martti, OH2BH, and Jukka,
OH2MAM, will be QRV as OH0BH from September 20 to 21, and again
from September 27 to 28, in the Scandinavian Activity CW and SSB
Contests. Activity is expected on all bands. QSL via OH2BH.
ANTARCTICA. Wally, R1ANZ, is active from
Mirnyy Base and can be found around 14190 kHz after 0330z. He has
also shown up on 40 meters using CW around 1000z. QSL via RU1ZC.
WESTERN SAHARA, S0. S0RASD has been QRV on 20
meters between 1730 and 1800z working into Europe. QSL via EA2JG.
GABON, TR. Jean, TR8XX, is regularly QRV
using CW on 40 meters at 0600z. After which, he will QSY to 30
and 20 meters. QSL to home call.
AUSTRALIA, VK. The Wahroonga Amateur
Historical Radio Association will operate Special Event Station
VK2WAH on September 22 to commemorate the first wireless message
sent directly from the United Kingdom to Australia. QSL as
directed by operator.
PITCAIRN, VR6. Meralda, VR6MW, has been QRV
on 20 meters at 0200z. QSL to home call.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The ARRL 10 Ghz
and Up Cumulative Contest, the Number 1 QRP Afield, Air Force
50th Anniversary QSO Party, Washington State Salmon Run, The
Scandinavian Activity CW Contest, and the latter part of the YLRL
Howdy Days operating event are scheduled for this weekend. Please
