SPRATLY ISLANDS. Bob, N2OO, and Bob, N0RN,
will be active from August 14 to 18 as either 9M0OO or 9M6OO. QSL
via N2OO. Pekka, OH2YY, will be QRV August 19 to 22. Call sign
unknown at this time. Check SSB on 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters, and
possibly the newer bands.
CAMBODIA, XU. Both Mike, XU6WV, and Harv,
XU2FB, continue to be active on 20 meters. Look for them between
1130 and 1430z on 14192, 14195 and 14226.5 kHz.
MACQUARIE ISLAND, VK0. Tom, VK0TS, has become
increasingly active over the last few days. Watch for him on
14222 kHz starting around 0400z and 3799 or 7075 kHz around
1100z.
PAKISTAN, AP. JA1EZM will be QRV August 9 to
17 as AP2AP from Karachi. QSL to home call.
TRISTAN DA CUNHA, ZD. Ian, ZD9IL, can be
found on most bands. His QSL Manager is Edwin, ZS5BBO, and QSLs
can be sent direct to Edwin Musto, P.O. Box 211032, Bluff, 4036,
South Africa.
MALAWI, 7Q. Eli, IN3VZE, will be active until
August 25 as 7Q7CE. Operations will be on SSB on 20, 15 and 10
meters. QSL to home call.
WESTERN SAMOA, 5W. Perry, WH6XY, is active as
5W1PC until November and can be found mostly weekends operating
SSB on 15, 17 and 20 meters.
WALLIS AND FUTUNA ISLANDS, FW. Paul, FW5IW,
will be active until August 14th. Reports state he will be active
on CW only on 15, 20, 40 and 80 meters. QSL via OH5UQ.
GUAM, KH2. Ray, WH6ASW, will sign WH6AW/KH2
from mid August until December. QSL via VK4FW.
BENIN, TY. Sigi, DJ4IJ, will be active until
September 10 as TY1IJ, mainly on 160, 80 and 30 meters. QSL via
DK8ZD.
NORFOLK ISLAND, VK9. Kevin, VK9NX, is here
for about 2 weeks. He has been heard most days on 80 meters
between 1000 and 1200z. QSL via VK2CE.
CHINA, BY. BT1IARU will be operated by IARU
Region 3 Conference participants from September 4 to 16.
